The equipment is connected with the flow trough, and the three rotors of the equipment can be lifted as a whole, and can be swung at a certain angle to facilitate the replacement of the rotors.
At the same time, the filter plate prevents too much aluminum slag in the most downstream launder. The degassing tank corresponding to each rotor is equipped with an independent slag slag opening, which is convenient for slag slag separately. The good heat insulation design of the equipment can provide 24-hour online Uninterrupted degassing.

Degassing Mixer is equipped with a gas underpressure alarm function. When the pressure of the inert gas supply source drops to a limited pressure, it can automatically alarm and remind the operator to replace the gas source in time through the warning light to avoid the occurrence of unqualified aluminum liquid due to lack of gas.
Since the equipment has three rotors, when the equipment is used as an online degassing equipment, please prepare a spare air source in advance to facilitate timely replacement when the pressure is under pressure.
For the three rotors, the gas consumption is large. It is recommended to establish a gas supply center to provide high purity nitrogen.

The three rotors can be independently controlled and continuously degassed layer by layer, which can improve the on-line degassing and purification of the large flow of molten aluminum and improve the degassing efficiency of the molten aluminum.
When the set degassing time is completed, the rotor automatically stops rotating, the air supply is automatically closed, and the indicator light flashes to alert the operator, and the safety is high.
When used as an online deaeration, it can operate continuously and uninterrupted.
Using nitrogen or argon as the degassing medium, the advanced degassing principle greatly reduces the degassing time, improves the efficiency, reduces the refining cost, does not pollute the environment, and greatly improves the working environment.
The inert gas flow is controllable and can be optimally set, which can greatly reduce the waste caused by bubbles and inclusions, greatly increase the yield and improve the mechanical properties of the castings.

The main shaft and motor of the equipment are equipped with air cooling devices, which can effectively reduce the working temperature of the main shaft and the motor and extend the service life.
The bottom of the equipment is equipped with a heat insulation layer with excellent heat preservation performance, which can prevent the deformation of the equipment due to excessively high temperature of the molten aluminum; an emergency shutdown button is provided, which is simple and safe to switch on and off, has a solid structure, simple maintenance, and low maintenance requirements.
